The Mortgage Specialist is an independent mortgage brokerage in Burnaby, BC. We’ve been helping people across the Lower Mainland finance homes since 2000.
We’re licensed through Verico Paragon Mortgage Inc., which means we aren’t tied to any one bank. Our job is to understand where you are, where you want to get to, and then go out to the market and find the lender and mortgage that fit — and negotiate the best rate and terms we can.
Most of what we do starts with a 20-minute phone call. No forms, no prep. By the end of it, most people know how much they qualify for and what their next step is.
What you can expect
